Spring Earth: A Modern and Warm Residence in Fuzhou

The Spring Earth residence is a home designed for a young couple who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their child. It offers a serene and inviting atmosphere, serving as an infinite emotional container for the clients. The design aims to create a quiet and warm modern space with a dynamic sense of nature.

The living room and study room are separated by a single glass, creating an open and spacious environment. This design choice not only enhances the sense of space but also provides a casual and comfortable reading area. The contrast between the living room and the dining room is highlighted by the use of neutral colors, brown, and orange, resulting in a spatial sense that exudes urban fashion.

The open living room is a flexible and transparent space with a strong artistic presence. The addition of 3D decoration paintings, a geometric coffee table, and an orange sofa recreates a vivid living scene. The entire space is designed to be adaptable and accommodating.

In the children's room, white materials are used for the door and partition, blending seamlessly with the light brown wooden floor. The integration of a tatami with storage function and comic wallpaper creates a bedroom that is both playful and functional. The room is a true reflection of children's nature and beauty.

The Spring Earth residence was designed and completed in May 2019 in Fuzhou, China. The design process involved extensive research to create an interesting spatial form and a warm color palette. Baoyi Jiang and Ye Fangyan were the talented individuals who brought this project to life.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. This prestigious award is a testament to the well-designed, practical, and innovative nature of the Spring Earth residence. It showcases the integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
